The project involves the construction of a mixed-use complex on 10ha of land. It includes the construction of 120,000m2 residential space, 70,000m2 commercial space, a 120-boat marina, office space, shops, parking and other related facilities. The project will be executed in stages.

Yacht Park is the first stage of development. It includes the construction of six 5-story residential buildings on 6,300m2 area comprising 135 residential units, retail, and services which will be housed on the ground floor of buildings.

Cushman & Wakefield has been appointed as real estate agent and Arch Deco as an architect.

In September 2014, DLM signed an agreement with mLocum for the development of the first stage of the project.

In June 2016, demolition works commenced.

Scope

The project involves the construction of a mixed-use complex on 10ha of land in Gdynia, Pomerania, Poland.
