Dara Harbour Co (DHC), a joint venture between Central Pattana Plc (CPN), Fatima R.B.D.S. International (FRBDS) and Ascend Group Co., Ltd. (Ascend), is planning to construct a mixed-use development in Si Racha, Thailand.
The project involves the construction of a 200,000m2 mixed-use complex on 5.4ha of land. It includes the construction of a four-story shopping mall with a total of 64,000m2 retail space, three residential towers of 30 and 24 stories, parking spaces and related facilities and the installation of elevators, safety and security systems.
In July 2017, CPN bought all the shares of retail development in DHC to develop the mall.
The mall is expected to open by the end of 2019.
