The first phase includes the construction of a 1,579,351m2 mixed-use complex consists of 67 projects which include 2,500 residential apartments, 16 hotels, 13 office buildings, a mall development, community facilities such as parks, hospital and school, and parking spaces.

As of September 2016, site clearing and preparatory works are underway.

Planning activities are underway. First phase will be completed by 2021.
