The City of Bellingham (CoB) and Port of Bellingham (PoB) are jointly planning to build a mixed-use community in Bellingham, Washington, the US.
The project involves the construction of a 9,290m2 mixed-use community on 7.7ha of land. It includes the construction of residential buildings, office space, retail units, parking and related facilities.
Construction of first two buildings includes Granary Building and Boardmill building on 3,716m2 of land.

On November 15, 2012, the PoB issued a request for information (RfI) for project site from developers with the submission deadline on December 19, 2012.
In July 2013, the PoB received four proposals in response to the request for proposals (RfP) for the developer of the project.
On December 2, 2013, Bellingham City Council approved the master plan for the project.
In February 2014, the PoB board recommended approving an Exclusive Negotiating Agreement (ENA) with Harcourt Developments Ltd for the project.
On March 17, 2015, Harcourt Developments Ltd submitted details of the master development agreement with Port of Bellingham.
Harcourt Developments Ltd and Tin Rock Development Inc expect to sign a master development agreement with Port of Bellingham March 31, 2015.
In May 2016, Western Crossing board approved to demolish the Boardmill building.
Construction of the first building is scheduled to be completed by 2019 and the second building by 2021.
The entire project is scheduled to be completed by 2034.
The project involves the construction of a 92,903m2 mixed-use community on 7.7ha of land in Bellingham, Washington, the US.
The US$100 million project includes the following:
