CenterCal filed a formal Use Permit, Design Review, and Tree Removal application on December 16, 2015.

On January 13, 2016, The project proceeds through the staff-level Development Advisory Committee (DAC) review process and is scheduled for a Design Review Board hearing.

Concord Planning Commission intends to consider the required permits by June 2016.

In May 2016, CenterCal submitted drafted EIA report to CoC.

Starch Concrete Inc. has been appointed as an enabling contractor, Moorefield Construction, Incorporated as a construction contractor and Architects Orange as an architect.

Construction activities are underway and are scheduled to be complete by the fourth quarter of 2017.
