The project involves the construction of a residential community comprising 750 units on 5ha of land and being implemented in three phases. It includes the construction of a community center, retail units, 5,000m2 of outdoor space and public facilities, parking and related facilities.
In August 2015, Cbus acquired the project site from William Inglis & Son Ltd for US$184 million.
In April 2017, Cbus entered into an agreement with Randwick City Council to construct a minimum of 10 apartments for affordable housing on the site.
Planning activities on the project are underway. Subject to the start of construction works, it is scheduled to be completed by the first quarter of 2021.
