Clyde Street Developments Ltd (CSD) a joint venture between WM Fares Group (WM) and Banc Developments Ltd (Banc) are planning to undertake the construction of a mixed-use complex in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada.

The project involves the construction of a nine-story, 147-unit mixed-use complex. It includes the construction of a central courtyard and ground floor commercial space, three floors of underground parking with 260 spaces and related facilities and the installation of elevators and safety systems.

In June 2011, Halifax Regional Municipality approved a proposal submitted by CSD to purchase the project site.

In 2012, CSD purchased the project site for US$14.7 million.

WM in-house will undertake the architect works and Banc in-house will undertake the construction works.

On December 10, 2015, design review committee approved the project.

As of August 2017, planning activities are underway.
