El Dorado Inc. has been appointed as design consultant and Gehl Studio and BOKA Powell as architects.
In December 2015, CP received approval from the Lower Downtown Design Review Board (LDDRB).
In June 2016, the LDDRB approved the project’s Streetscape Plan.
Subject to final approvals, CP plans to break ground on the project by the end of August 2017.
