The City of Helsinki (CoH) and Helsinki Residential Production Department (ATT) are undertaking the construction of a residential community in Helsinki, Finland.

Fira Oy has been appointed as the turnkey contractor; Electrical Ltd Pietikäinen as the electrical contractor; JMR Jokioisten Excavation Ltd as excavation contractor; Skanska Construction Services, Building Services will provide automation, interior and plumbing services for the project.
In December 2015, construction activities commenced.
Construction activities are underway and scheduled to complete in March 2018.
