Central Indiana Orthopedics (CIO) is planning to build a medical campus in Fishers, Indiana, the US.
The project involves the construction of a 4,645m2 medical campus on 14.9ha of land. It includes the construction of a clinic, a surgery center, medical office space, imaging and physical therapy centers, operating theaters, parking and related facilities.
The City of Fishers is considering a US$6.9 million backed bond to assist with future infrastructure improvements to the site.
CIO plans to spend US$13 million to start the medical campus, including land acquisition and building.
