The project includes the construction of a 30-slip marina, a 330-room hotel, 1,678 residential units, 24,712m2 retail space (13,602m2) and office space (11,110m2), a riverfront restaurant, public Riverwalk with boat slips and other dedicated green space, a small marina and 2,000 parking spaces.
The project will be implemented in five phases. The first phase of the project involves the construction of a 56-story building comprising 334 dwelling units, 207 hotel rooms, 3,911m2 retail space and 636 parking spaces.
The second phase of the project involves the construction of a 60-story building comprising 470 dwelling units, 90 hotel rooms, 4,535m2 of commercial space and 654 parking spaces.
The third phase of the project involves the construction of a three story of a marine industrial building on the 2,465m2 area including 1,573m2 of commercial space, 892m2 of office space and 56km of Riverwalk promenade.
The fourth phase of the project involves the construction of a 60-story building comprising 510 dwelling units, 4,412m2 of office space and 698 parking spaces.
The fifth phase of the project involves the construction of a 60-story building comprising 322 dwelling units, 5,806m2 of office space and 420 parking spaces.
Raymond Jungles, Inc has been appointed as a landscape architect, Kobi Karp Architecture, and Interior Design as Architect, and JDS Development Group as the Associate developer for the project.
In June 2015, Demolition works commenced.
In October 2015, the project secured Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) approvals.
On October 22, 2015, CG secured preliminary approval for the project.
