The project also includes the installation of roof-top solar panels over 1,520m2 of the area to provide required electricity for the project.
Architects 61 Pte Ltd has been appointed as architect.
In June 2013, Daewoo Engineering & Construction was appointed as the construction contractor.
In July 13, 2017, construction works on the first phase completed.
Construction works on the second phase are underway with completion anticipated by the fourth quarter of 2017.
