City Developments Limited (CDL) and Hong Leong Holdings (HLH) are undertaking the construction of a residential complex in Singapore.
The project involves the construction of a residential complex comprising 12, 11 to 13-story condominium blocks with 912 units over an area of 41,275m2. It will be executed in two phases.
It includes the construction of three clubhouses with exciting space to entertain and play, a fitness center, entertainment facilities, a 912-car parking facility and related facilities and the installation of elevators, safety and security systems.
The project also includes the installation of roof-top solar panels over 1,520m2 of the area to provide required electricity for the project.
Architects 61 Pte Ltd has been appointed as architect.
In June 2013, Daewoo Engineering & Construction was appointed as the construction contractor.
In July 13, 2017, construction works on the first phase completed.
Construction works on the second phase are underway with completion anticipated by the fourth quarter of 2017.
