Century Commerce Center LLC (CCC) is planning to build an industrial warehouse complex in Allen Township, Northampton County, the US.
The project involves the construction of an 185,806m2 industrial complex comprising three warehouse buildings on 63.5ha of land.
The first building includes the construction of a 92,903m2 warehouse; the second and third buildings include the construction of two 35,268m2 of warehouses.
It includes the construction of distribution units, storage units, an administrative space, loading and unloading facilities, parking and related facilities.
In May 2015, CLDC submitted a rezoning application to Allen Township Council (ATC) to rezone the site from highway commercial to industrial commercial.
ATC held consultations with CLDC to discuss project plans on June 15, 2015.
In January 2016, CCC received subdivision and land development approval from the Board of Supervisors for the project development.
In June 2016, ATC rejected CCC’s request to rezone the land along Route 329 and Savage Road from highway commercial to industrial commercial.
Project is facing delay.
