The Conshohocken Borough Council (CBC) and Keystone Property Group (KPG) are planning to undertake the SORA mixed-use development project in Conshohocken, the US.

The project involves the construction of a mixed-use three buildings on 2ha land comprising a 13-story hotel with 171 rooms and two office towers of comprises 11-story and 10-story respectively. It also includes the construction of 1,781m2 of retail space, restaurants,dining space, meeting rooms, conference halls, five story parking garages with 616 parking spaces and related facilities.
The 11-story office building will be built on top of 134 parking spaces arranged in two below-grade parking levels and 25,362m2 office space and 1,456m2 retail space.
The 10-story office building, to be built later, will have 417 parking spaces in an underground garage with six levels and 19,880m2 office space and 325m2 retail space.
Gensler has been appointed as architect, Geppert Bros. Inc. appointed as demolition contractor, Traffic Planning and Design Inc. appointed as design consultant, and Pennoni Associates Inc. as construction manager.
In September 2013, CBC selected KPG and formed a public-private partnership for the development of the project.
In December 2013, CBC approved the project plans.
On June 23, 2014, demolition works commenced at the project site.
In March 2016, the project plans unveiled to Conshohocken Borough Council.
In June 2017, KPG was received zoning approvals for the project and KPG is currently in the process of finalizing the plans and land development approvals.
