Burton-Katzman LLC (BKL) is planning to build a commercial complex in Royal Oak, Michigan, the US.

In October 2016, BKL is requesting for an extension of three months to sign a development agreement with CoRO.

In January 2017, BKL included the plans for a 150-room boutique hotel in the planning application.

In May 2017, BKL submitted the revised planning application to the planning authority.

BKL is awaiting planning approvals.
