TESLA GRAD BK d.o.o., an entity formed by BK Group (BKG) is planning to develop an integrated business and residential city in Belgrade, Serbia.
The project involves the construction of a master-planned city on 200ha of land. It will include the construction of residential flats, office spaces, leisure facilities, hotels, commercial spaces, retail units, parking and other related facilities.
Valode & Pistre Architects has been appointed as an architect and China Metallurgical Construction Engineering Group Co Ltd as the contractor.
In September 2014, BKG presented its concept to the Government of Serbia. Construction work is expected to be handled by the BKG.
The project has received the support of the city of Belgrade.
