Carter Jonas LLP has been appointed as the planning consultant, tp bennett LLP as an architect, Townshend Landscape Architects as the landscape architect, AECOM Infrastructure & Environment UK Ltd (formerly known as URS Infrastructure & Environment UK Ltd) as structural, civil, mechanical & electrical engineer and Gordon Ingram Associates (GIA) as daylight/sunlight consultant.

GL Hearn has been appointed as the property consultant for land acquisition, Peter Stewart Consultancy as townscape assessment, David Bonnett Associates as access consultant, Donald Butler Associates Ltd as an aviation consultant, Upside London Ltd as affordable viability consultant, Cushman Wakefield as the commercial adviser, and HardHat as community engagement consultant.

On September 12, 2014, BDEV unveiled the project plans.

In March 2015, a planning application was submitted to the London Borough of Hounslow Council.

On November 9, 2015, Project secured planning approvals from London Borough of Hounslow Council.

In September 2016, Dentons was appointed as the legal advisor to secure compulsory purchase order(CPO).

Construction is expected to commence in 2017 and expected to be completed by the third quarter of 2020.
