Batson-Cook Development Co. (BCDC) and Regent Partners LLC (RPL) are planning to build a mixed-use complex in Atlanta, Georgia, the US.
The project involves the construction of a mixed-use complex comprising two buildings on 1.62ha of land. It includes the construction of a 51,096m2, 45-story office building with retail space and 60 condominiums, a residential building with 300 multi-family units on 3354 and 3356 Peachtree Road.
The project also includes the construction of restaurants, conference facilities, a community center, swimming pools, parking and related facilities.
Smallwood, Reynolds, Stewart & Stewart Associates Inc. has been appointed as architect.
In September 2014, RPL presented the project plans to Atlanta Regional Commission staff.
On October 1, 2014, the project plans were reviewed by Buckhead Development Review Committee.
BCDC formed a joint venture partnership with RPL for the project development in January 2017.
On January 20, 2017, BCDC and RPL completed the acquisition of the site.
Subject to approvals, construction is expected to commence in 2018.
