In October 2014, BACP is undergoing pre-planning consultations with North Attleboro town and the GATRA for the development. BACP is yet to submit a planning application to the town council for approval.

In June 2017, Project secured planning permissions.

The East Street Commons project involves the construction of a 196-unit mixed-use development in North Attleboro, Massachusetts, the US.
