Bourne Avenue Capital Partners (BACP) is planning to develop a mixed-use complex in Bristol County, Massachusetts, the US.
The project involves the demolition of the abandoned building on the site, and the construction of a 196-unit apartment complex with 2,257.5m2 of retail space and 622m2 of restaurant space. The complex will include 310 on-site parking spaces and 115 parking spaces on the other side of East Street.
In September 2014, BACP was in negotiations over a tax incentive financing agreement for the project.
In October 2014, BACP is undergoing pre-planning consultations with North Attleboro town and the GATRA for the development. BACP is yet to submit a planning application to the town council for approval.
In June 2017, Project secured planning permissions.
