The first phase includes the construction of Vermosa Sports & Lifestyle Complex, 238 residential units, and a sports science laboratory on 34.5ha of land, with an Olympic-sized pool, a 400m jogging track, a sports science laboratory, motocross tracks, a kart racing track and an archery range.

The project includes the construction of a central business district on 124ha of land, 165ha of parks and gardens, a 10,000m2 sports-themed retail and commercial space, hotels, entertainment facilities, a sports and lifestyle complex, residential buildings, schools, parking and related facilities.

As of December 2016, land-development activities for phase 1A, including pipe laying and trench excavation are underway.
