Industrial and automotive grade chips are often used in harsh and complex working conditions, and three-temperature tests must be carried out during their reliability assessment. As the scale of the high-end chip market expands, three-temperature test sorters are expected to become mainstream. The translation sorter uses a robotic arm to transport chips, which is suitable for chips with large size, heavy weight, and long testing time. In terms of technical difficulty, the translation sorter has a large workload and many application scenarios, and is the most technically difficult equipment. The current application share of translation sorters on the market is the highest.
