The multistage ring section pump is a centrifugal booster pump with multiple impeller stages arranged in series. Each stage is assembled into a modular structure through a segmented casing (ring section), thereby achieving the function of high-lift and high-pressure fluid transportation. The pump pressurizes the liquid step by step through multiple impellers, so that the liquid can be continuously transported under high pressure conditions. It is suitable for long-distance or high-level difference occasions, such as boiler water supply, mine drainage, petrochemical boosting, urban water supply and high-pressure flushing and other industrial systems. Its segment casing usually adopts a radial split design, which is easy to maintain and expand the module, and can withstand higher working pressure (up to hundreds of meters of head) and complex working conditions. Compared with other types of multistage pumps, the segment pump has a compact structure and stable operation. It is particularly suitable for conveying clean or slightly contaminated low-viscosity liquids. It is one of the commonly used high-pressure transportation solutions in modern industry.
