The three-level grid-connected photovoltaic inverter is a device used to convert the DC power generated by the photovoltaic power generation system into AC power and connect it to the grid. It is one of the core components in photovoltaic systems. The three-level grid-connected photovoltaic inverter uses three levels of voltage for inversion, that is, converts the DC input voltage into three fixed levels of AC output voltage. This kind of inverter usually adopts a multi-stage topology structure and forms an AC output voltage by reasonably controlling the state of the switching elements. Compared with two-level grid-connected inverters, three-level grid-connected inverters have lower harmonic content and higher inversion efficiency. It can produce an output voltage closer to a sine wave and reduce interference to the power grid. At the same time, three-level grid-connected inverters can also provide higher power density and better voltage regulation capabilities.
