By optimizing the molecular structure design (such as cross-linking density, functional group distribution) and adding nanofillers (such as silica, silicon carbide) or high-temperature resistant additives, it achieves super weather resistance (anti-UV aging > 10 years), extreme environmental tolerance (-40℃ to 200℃), chemical corrosion resistance (resistant to strong acids/alkalis/solvents) and ultra-high wear resistance (Taber abrasion <5mg/1000 times). Its cured coating has both mechanical strength and flexibility, meeting the stringent requirements of aerospace, precision electronics, automotive industries, etc. for printing/coating material performance, and usually needs to pass ISO 12944, ASTM D3363 and other international standards certification.
