IDC's Worldwide Future Enterprise Use Case Taxonomy, 2022: Future of Work
This IDC study provides IDC's future of work use cases as it seeks to support business strategy and success. This taxonomy is organized into eight strategic priorities that serve to define how IT organizations around the globe should structure their work transformation efforts over the next three to five years. This study also provides a guide to the IT organization's work transformation journey as it aligns itself with the needs of the business during an especially turbulent time such that individual projects and use cases can align with an enterprise's long-term objectives."As IT aligns ever more closely across the enterprise, integrating operations, facilities management and HR, key technologies will serve to transform how businesses engage employees.
