IDC PlanScape: Creating an Intentional Enterprise Mobile Device Implementation Strategy
This IDC study enables the CIO — in concert with line-of-business executives, senior executives, human resources (HR) management, the CFO, and legal management — to create a framework to better determine how best to use, deploy, manage, and distribute mobile devices across the organization. To realize this strategic implementation approach, IDC suggests that the key stakeholders jointly design a device implementation framework and align users, IT, business management, accounting, HR, telecom, and executives to it.
