Polyester Cleanroom Wiper is a type of low emission wiping material made from polyester (polyester) long fibers or ultrafine fibers as the main raw material, specially woven (plain weave, twill weave, double-layer, etc.), combined with ultrasonic or laser edge sealing, multiple pure water or ultrapure water cleaning, and clean packaging. Its core features are extremely low chip shedding, controllable dust and fiber precipitation, low ion and organic residue, as well as good liquid absorption and mechanical strength. The downstream is aimed at clean environment users such as semiconductor and panel factories, biopharmaceutical cleanrooms, precision electronic assembly, hard disk and optical industries, and automotive electronics. From the perspective of cost structure, raw materials such as polyester fibers usually account for about 35% -45% of the total cost, processing costs such as weaving and cutting edges account for about 20% -25%, multi-stage cleaning, drying, and clean packaging processes account for about 15% -20%, equipment depreciation, plant and clean room energy consumption, and labor management costs account for about 15% -20%. High end manufacturers support slightly higher selling prices and gross profit levels by improving yield, reducing particle and ion residues, and minimizing customer scrap and downtime risks.
