In addition, the electromigration speed of nickel atoms or atomic groups is smaller than that of Ag or PdAg, so it has good electrochemical stability and can improve the reliability of MLCC."Nickel" electrodes also have the advantages of high mechanical strength, its flexural strength is greater than that of Pd-Ag electrodes, and it has good corrosion resistance and heat resistance to solder, and good process stability. The resistivity of the "nickel" electrode is small and its conductivity is better than that of the Pd-Ag electrode. It can reduce the equivalent series resistance of the LCC and increase the impedance frequency.
