Conformal coating material is a thin polymeric film. This film specially used on printed circuit board to protect the board's components. Use of acrylic coating is simple drying process, it has good moisture resistance and ease of viscosity adjustment. Application of Epoxy coating is employed about 150C, it has higher Tg and good dielectric properties . Polyurethane has a good dielectric and moisture resistance properties. Silicones is stable over wide temperature range (-40C to 200C). it is flexible in nature and provides dampening and impact protection. Fluorinated or non fluorinated - Poly-Para-Xylylene (Parylene) has chemical inertness and low dielectric constant.
