When inflation reaches a certain level, it starts deflating, and the device starts producing the readings. The data produced by these devices is equally accurate as obtained from automatic devices.
Canada came up with a plan to control high blood pressure and put together a group of national organizations and volunteers to make multiple programs to help people with high blood pressure. The effort was based on management suggestions, a program for sharing information about hypertension, and a program for evaluating the results. This led to a lot more people knowing about hypertension and getting treatment for it, as well as a drop in the number of people getting heart disease.
