Western Europe MFP Channel Forecast, 2021–2026
This IDC Market Forecast presents a view of MFP shipments in Western Europe by channel, focusing on the indirect and direct channels. The indirect channel is split into indirect dealer/VAR/SI, indirect etailer, and indirect retail."Most channel partners suffered falling shipment levels during pandemic lockdowns and have continued to endure stock shortages into 2022. Some OEMs indicate that some of their partners may not have any real levels of stock until the end of the year, or even until 2023. However, OEMs with more plentiful supply are taking advantage and gaining share in both direct and indirect shipments," said Phil Sargeant, senior program director, IDC Imaging, Printing, and Document Solutions.
