The Future of Technology Sourcing and Procurement — Part 3: Addressing the Technology Sourcing Competency Gap

This IDC Perspective identifies key practical considerations for procurement organizations looking to upgrade their sourcing effectiveness with respect to 3rd Platform technologies. After years of rushing to move applications to the cloud, many enterprises are taking a hard look at the contractual agreements under which their applications are hosted in the cloud.
