Description

We've raised our GDP growth forecasts for Brazil by 0.3ppts to 2.4% in 2025 and 1.8% in 2026, on the back of resilient services and agriculture momentum, and a protracted period of labour market dynamism. Our overall narrative for the economy stands unchanged, though – we still expect the economy to correct at some point in the second half of this year, leading to a much weaker growth carry-over into 2026.
