Its core structure includes aluminum foil, electrolyte and solid electrolyte. Aluminum foil is used as an electrode, and electrolyte and solid electrolyte form the dielectric layer of the capacitor. It has high ripple current capability, long life, low ESR (equivalent series resistance) and high stability. It is mainly used in high reliability scenarios such as automotive electronics and consumer electronics (such as power modules).
