Wind Energy PET Foam Core is a closed-cell thermoplastic structural foam material made from polyethylene terephthalate (PET) using a specific foaming technology. It has the characteristics of high shear/compression strength, low adhesive absorption, high temperature resistance (-70°C to 120°C), fatigue resistance and recyclability. It improves the stiffness, durability and environmental performance of wind turbine blades by reducing resin absorption and blade weight. Its pore structure is uniform and dense, and can be adapted to different density specifications to meet the mechanical requirements of key parts such as the shear web and shell of the blade. At the same time, its thermoplastic properties support 100% recycling of production waste, which is in line with the trend of green manufacturing.
