The welding gun cooling water tank is an auxiliary cooling system for welding equipment, mainly used to cool the water-cooled welding guns of gas shielded welding (MIG/MAG), tungsten inert gas welding (TIG) and plasma cutting equipment. It reduces the temperature of the welding gun by circulating coolant, prevents overheating, improves welding stability, and extends the service life of the welding gun and related components.

The welding gun cooling water tank transports the coolant to the cooling circuit inside the welding gun through the built-in water pump, so that the welding gun maintains a suitable working temperature in a high-temperature welding environment. The heat is transferred to the heat dissipation system in the water tank through the cooling pipeline, and air cooling or heat sink structure is usually used for heat exchange, which ultimately ensures that the temperature of the coolant remains within a reasonable range.
