The Stranded Carbon Fiber Composite Core Conductor is a new type of overhead transmission line conductor. Its inner layer is composed of a carbon fiber composite core. This composite core has carbon fiber as the core layer, and is covered with glass fiber. After being impregnated with epoxy resin and subjected to high-temperature curing, it forms a single core rod; the outer layer is twisted with trapezoidal aluminum wires. This conductor features high strength, low weight, large current-carrying capacity, and excellent corrosion resistance. It is widely used in transmission lines, especially in scenarios where there are high requirements for the transmission capacity of the lines.
