The global Tricalcium Phosphate Bioceramics (TCP) market size is predicted to grow from US$ 209 million in 2025 to US$ 271 million in 2031; it is expected to grow at a CAGR of 4.5% from 2025 to 2031.
The impact of the latest U.S. tariff measures and the corresponding policy responses from countries worldwide on market competitiveness, regional economic performance, and supply chain configurations will be comprehensively evaluated in this report.
Tricalcium phosphate bioceramic (TCP) is a biomedical material with calcium phosphate as the main component, and has a chemical composition that is highly matched with the inorganic salt components of human bone tissue. As a third-generation bioactive ceramic, TCP has both biological activity and controllable degradability. After implantation into the human body, TCP can chemically bond with the host bone by forming a bone-like hydroxyapatite layer on the surface, while gradually degrading during the bone regeneration process, achieving a "one-up, one-down" effect of bone repair, and is widely used in the field of bone defect repair and tissue engineering.
