Hieff® anti-Taq DNA Polymerase Antibody denatures in the initial DNA denaturation step of the PCR reaction, and the DNA polymerase activity is restored to achieve the effect of hot-start PCR. This product does not require special antibody inactivation treatment and can be used under conventional PCR reaction conditions.
