When an object is applied to the sensor, the ring structure deforms, or strains, slightly. Embedded in the sensors are strain gauges that sense and measure these strain changes. The electrical resistance of a strain gauge changes minutely as strain occurs. This change can be measured and detected by a bridge circuit. Typically, ring load cells are equipped with a junction box or signal amplifier for processing and converting the strain signal into a weight or stress output. Ring load cells are widely used in industry, commerce, and science for applications such as weighing equipment, industrial automation, instrumentation, and vehicle weighing. Due to their ring structure and high-precision measurement capabilities, they can provide reliable weight measurement results, and have certain anti-interference and durability, suitable for weighing needs in different environments and working conditions.
