Pressurized Phase Change Boiler refers to the type of phase change boiler whose medium rated steam pressure is greater than 0.1MPa. Its working principle is based on the phase conversion heat technology: the medium in the pot (such as water or organic liquid) transfers heat through the evaporation-condensation cycle in the closed system, and the working medium (such as high temperature hot water or steam) is output. Unlike vacuum/micro pressure phase change boilers, pressure boilers need to operate in a positive pressure environment, so they need to have boiler production qualifications and pass special equipment safety supervision. According to the national standard GB/T 21434-2022, its design needs to meet the needs of high temperature steam or high heat load scenarios (such as industrial steam supply, chemical heating, etc.), while strictly controlling the vacuum leakage rate, material pressure resistance and other safety indicators. Typical applications include high-temperature process systems in power, chemical and other fields.
