PSA Nitrogen Purification (pressure swing adsorption nitrogen purification) is a process that uses gas separation technology to separate and purify nitrogen through the difference in the adsorption capacity of adsorbents for gas molecules under different pressures. The core principle is: under high pressure conditions, the adsorbent (such as carbon molecular sieve) has a much stronger adsorption capacity for impurity gases such as oxygen and carbon dioxide than nitrogen; when the pressure is reduced, the adsorbed impurity gas is rapidly desorbed, while nitrogen is enriched due to weak adsorption. Through periodic pressure changes (adsorption and desorption cycles), high-purity nitrogen (usually 95%~99.999% purity) can be continuously produced.
