The typical travel range is from hundreds to thousands of millimeters, the repeatability can reach ±1–5μm, and the load capacity is strong. It is suitable for 3C manufacturing, PCB depaneling, medical equipment assembly, and multi-station collaborative operation scenarios in optical systems. By integrating multi-axis controllers and intelligent bus interfaces, dual carriage linear motion platforms have become a key component for improving efficiency and space utilization in modern intelligent equipment.
