The laser positioning system is a high-precision spatial positioning device based on laser ranging and multi-sensor fusion. Its core is to project structured light spots or scanning beams through laser transmitters, and cooperate with photoelectric sensor arrays to capture reflected signals in real time, and realize three-dimensional coordinate solution through time difference measurement (ToF) or phase offset analysis. The system is usually composed of a laser ranging unit, an inertial measurement unit (IMU), a photoelectric encoder and a multi-axis compensation algorithm module. It supports dynamic motion target tracking (accuracy up to sub-millimeter level), spatial attitude angle measurement (resolution ≤ 0.01°) and multi-coordinate system conversion functions. It fuses laser data and inertial navigation data through Kalman filtering or extended Kalman filtering algorithms to eliminate cumulative errors. This technology is widely used in industrial AGV navigation, robot SLAM mapping, medical equipment spatial positioning (such as surgical navigation) and large component assembly measurement. It complies with ISO 13322-1 laser safety standards and IEEE 1588 precision clock synchronization protocols, and supports real-time dynamic positioning output (frequency ≥ 100Hz) and multi-target collaborative positioning scenarios.
