The high-pressure stage casing pump is a type of high-pressure centrifugal pump composed of multiple impellers and guide vanes connected in series. Its structure connects each stage of the pump body modularly through a "segmented casing" to form a stable fluid pressurization system. This type of pump gradually increases the pressure of the liquid through each stage of the impeller to achieve large head and medium-to-high flow delivery. It is widely used in industrial scenarios such as boiler water supply, urban water supply, high-pressure flushing, mine drainage, and petrochemical processes that require continuous high-pressure liquid delivery. Its biggest features are compact structure, convenient maintenance, strong modular scalability, and suitable for high pressure difference and high operating efficiency conditions. According to the different axial force balance methods and suction and discharge arrangements, it can be further divided into single-suction, multi-suction, horizontal or vertical structures. Due to its high energy efficiency and engineering adaptability, the high-pressure stage casing pump is one of the core fluid equipment in the power, chemical, steel, water treatment and other industries.
