The working principle of the hair screening drug detector is mainly based on new membrane detection technology of antigen-antibody specific immune reaction, such as colloidal gold method, time-resolved fluorescence immunochromatography technology or quantum dot immunochromatography technology. These technologies use strip fiber chromatography materials with fixed detection lines and quality control lines to use the competitive reaction between drug components in the test liquid and labeled antibodies or antigens to determine whether there are drug components in the hair. When the analyte binds to the labeled antibody, it competes with the coated antigen for binding sites, and finally the result is determined by observing the color change or fluorescence signal on the detection line.
