- Heating & Cooling Zones: Regulate temperature along the barrel to ensure uniform melting and prevent material degradation.

(3) Molding System (Die Head)

- Pipe Die: Shapes the melted PVC into a tubular form. The die consists of a core and a sleeve, with the gap between them determining the pipe’s outer diameter (OD) and wall thickness.

- Calibration Device: Cooled molds (calibrators) surrounding the die set the pipe’s dimensions and surface finish. Water or air cooling is used to solidify the pipe quickly.

(4) Cooling System

- Water Trough or Spray Chamber: Further cools the pipe to stabilize its structure, preventing deformation. Temperature and flow rate are precisely controlled for uniform cooling.

- Traction Units: Rubber rollers or belts that pull the cooled pipe through the line at a constant speed, ensuring consistent wall thickness and length. The speed must match the extrusion rate to avoid stretching or sagging.

(6) Cutting & Coiling System

- **Cutter**: Automatically cuts the pipe to specified lengths (e.g., 6 m, 12 m) using saws or blades. For flexible pipes, a coiling mechanism may be used instead.

- Stacking/Collecting Device: Organizes the cut pipes for packaging and storage.

(7) Control System

- PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) & HMI (Human-Machine Interface): Monitors and controls all processes, including temperature, speed, and material flow, ensuring production stability and quality.
