Filled PTFE gaskets are made by adding a certain amount of filler to PTFE resin. After mixing at high speed, they are pressed with a mold and then sintered at high temperature to make gaskets or other products or first pressed into modified polytetrafluoroethylene. Fluoroethylene sheets are stamped or cut. This improves the performance of PTFE, especially wear resistance, thermal conductivity, tamper resistance, self-lubrication, etc., which is significantly improved compared to pure PTFE products, and is suitable for -180℃~+250℃ Lubrication parts that require corrosion resistance, thermal conductivity, wear resistance, oil-free lubrication, shock absorption, and anti-wear within the temperature range.
