The ultra-micro-morphological and structural information of the sample surface; it has a high-performance X-ray energy spectrometer, which can simultaneously perform qualitative, semi-quantitative and quantitative analysis of the micro-area point, line and surface elements on the sample surface, and has comprehensive analysis capabilities for morphology and chemical components.
