Electronic vacuum pump is a device used to generate vacuum, which utilizes electronic technology and vacuum technology principles to achieve the process of vacuum extraction. Compared with traditional mechanical pumps, electronic vacuum pumps do not have rotating components and do not have oil lubrication during operation, resulting in higher reliability and longer service life. The working principle of an electronic vacuum pump is to ionize gas molecules through electronic ionization technology, and then use electric and magnetic field forces to accelerate and repel ions, causing gas molecules to form high-speed motion inside the vacuum pump and ultimately be discharged from the vacuum pump, thus achieving the purpose of vacuum extraction. Electronic vacuum pumps typically consist of an ionizer, an accelerator plate, a repulsor plate, a collector plate, and a vacuum pump body. The ionizer ionizes gas molecules, applies positive and negative electric field forces to the accelerating and repelling plates, respectively, allowing ions to gain kinetic energy and accelerate their motion. Finally, they are collected by the collecting plates. The vacuum pump body is responsible for providing a vacuum environment and extracting ions from the vacuum pump. Electronic vacuum pump has the advantages of small size, light weight, low power consumption, low noise, etc. It is widely used in vacuum systems in scientific research laboratories, medical equipment, semiconductor manufacturing, Optical instrument and other fields.
